ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 30 октября 2003 г. N 1572-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение Совета депутатов Чердаклинского района Ульяновской области и Минимущества России о безвозмездной передаче в муниципальную собственность Чердаклинского района Ульяновской области относящихся к федеральной собственности и находящихся в хозяйственном ведении федерального государственного унитарного предприятия "Научно-производственное объединение "Марс" (г. Ульяновск) объектов коммунально-бытового назначения и подсобного хозяйства, расположенных в пос. Борисовке (Чердаклинский район Ульяновской области), согласно приложению. 2. Минимуществу России совместно с администрацией Чердаклинского района Ульяновской области обеспечить передачу в установленном порядке федеральным государственным унитарным предприятием "Научно-производственное объединение "Марс" объектов, указанных в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения, в муниципальную собственность. Борисовке (Чердаклинский район Ульяновской области) Жилые дома общей площадью 1160,27 кв. м, N 2, 3, 4, 10, 30, 31, 32, 33, 56, 57, 63, 64, 66, 67 Объекты подсобного хозяйства: здание зерносклада площадью 2016 кв. м, инв.
