ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОЙ ДУМЫ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНОГО СОБРАНИЯ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ Об обращении в Конституционный Суд Российской Федерации Государственная Дума Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации, руководствуясь частью 5 статьи 125 Конституции Российской Федерации и статьей 84 Регламента Государственной Думы Федерального Собрания - парламента Российской Федерации, постановляет: 1. Обратиться в Конституционный Суд Российской Федерации с прилагаемым запросом о даче толкования части 2 статьи 137 Конституции Российской Федерации. 2. Поручить Председателю Государственной Думы назначить представителей Государственной Думы при рассмотрении указанного запроса в Конституционном Суде Российской Федерации.
