РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНЫЙ ЗАКОН О внесении изменения в статью 358 17 части первой Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации Принят Государственной Думой 25 мая 2021 года Одобрен Советом Федерации 2 июня 2021 года Внести в пункт 1 статьи 358 17 части первой Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 1994, № 32, ст. 3301; 2013, № 51, ст. 6687) изменение, изложив его в следующей редакции: "1. Договором залога ценной бумаги может быть предусмотрено осуществление залогодержателем всех или некоторых прав, принадлежащих залогодателю и удостоверенных заложенной ценной бумагой.".
