РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНЫЙ ЗАКОН О внесении изменения в статью 24 1 Федерального закона "Об отходах производства и потребления" Принят Государственной Думой 1 апреля 2020 года Одобрен Советом Федерации 2 апреля 2020 года Внести в пункт 6 статьи 24 1 Федерального закона от 24 июня 1998 года № 89-ФЗ "Об отходах производства и потребления" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 1998, № 26, ст. 3009; 2012, № 31, ст. 4317; 2013, № 43, ст. 5448; 2016, № 1, ст. 12; 2017, № 50, ст. 7564) изменение, дополнив его абзацем следующего содержания: "которые ввозятся в Российскую Федерацию и помещаются под таможенную процедуру временного ввоза (допуска).".
