The Presidential Administration, the Administrative Department, and the Federal Protective Service must organize the New Year’s reception, and the Kremlin Palace directorate must prepare an artistic program.

РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ ПРЕЗИДЕНТА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ 1. Провести 29 декабря 2006 г. в Московском Кремле торжественный прием, посвященный встрече 2007 года. 2. Администрации Президента Российской Федерации, Управлению делами Президента Российской Федерации и ФСО России обеспечить организацию торжественного приема. 3. Дирекции Государственного Кремлевского Дворца подготовить художественную программу для участников торжественного приема. 4. Расходы, связанные с подготовкой и проведением торжественного приема, включая расходы на приобретение сувениров (по фактическим затратам), отнести за счет средств, выделяемых в 2006 году из федерального бюджета на обеспечение деятельности Администрации Президента Российской Федерации.
