ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 29 января 2002 г. N 94-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение Читинского районного Совета Читинской области и Минимущества России, согласованное с Минобороны России, администрацией Читинской области и государственным унитарным предприятием "103 бронетанковый ремонтный завод" Минобороны России, о безвозмездной передаче в муниципальную собственность Читинского района Читинской области относящихся к федеральной собственности находящихся в хозяйственном ведении указанного предприятия объектов коммунально-бытового назначения, расположенных в пос. Атамановка (Читинская область), согласно приложению. 2. Минимуществу России совместно с органами местного самоуправления Читинского района Читинской области обеспечить в установленном порядке передачу государственным унитарным предприятием "103 бронетанковый ремонтный завод" Минобороны России указанных в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения объектов в муниципальную собственность. 3. Принять к сведению, что финансирование расходов на содержание в 2002 году объектов, передаваемых в соответствии с настоящим распоряжением, осуществляет передающая сторона.
