Министерству финансов Российской Федерации, Государственной налоговой службе Российской Федерации и Министерству сельского хозяйства и продовольствия Российской Федерации изучить опыт применения в Белгородской области упрощенной системы налогообложения сельскохозяйственных товаропроизводителей и совместно с администрацией Белгородской области до 1 июля 1997 г. доложить о результатах Правительству Российской Федерации. 2. Администрации Белгородской области обеспечить поступление в федеральный бюджет от сельскохозяйственных товаропроизводителей налога в полном объеме.
