The decree sets staffing numbers for the Russian prosecutor's office and orders the government to provide budget funds for implementation.

УКАЗ ПРЕЗИДЕНТА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О штатной численности органов прокуратуры Российской Федерации 1. Установить штатную численность органов прокуратуры Российской Федерации в количестве 54 198 единиц, в том числе органов военной прокуратуры в количестве 3583 единиц, из них военнослужащих в количестве 2418 человек, гражданского персонала - 1165 человек. 2. Правительству Российской Федерации предусмотреть выделение Генеральной прокуратуре Российской Федерации бюджетных ассигнований из федерального бюджета, необходимых для реализации пункта 1 настоящего Указа. 3. Признать утратившим силу Указ Президента Российской Федерации от 3 октября 2022 г. № 699 "О штатной численности органов прокуратуры Российской Федерации" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2022, № 41, ст. 7043). 4. Настоящий Указ вступает в силу со дня его подписания. Президент Российской Федерации В.Путин Москва, Кремль 7 ноября 2022 года № 802
