РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНЫЙ ЗАКОН О внесении изменений в статьи 182 и 189 Жилищного кодекса Российской Федерации Принят Государственной Думой 7 ноября 2019 года Одобрен Советом Федерации 25 ноября 2019 года Статья 1 Внести в Жилищный кодекс Российской Федерации (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2005, № 1, ст. 14; 2012, № 53, ст. 7596; 2013, № 52, ст. 6982; 2015, № 27, ст. 3967; 2016, № 27, ст. 4305; 2017, № 1, ст. 39; № 31, ст. 4806; № 52, ст. 7922; 2018, № 49, ст. 7506) следующие изменения: 1) пункт 5 части 2 статьи 182 после слов "планов их реализации," дополнить словами "и (или) органов местного самоуправления,"; 2) часть 6 статьи 189 после слов "орган местного самоуправления" дополнить словами "в течение месяца со дня истечения указанного срока". Статья 2 Настоящий Федеральный закон вступает в силу со дня его официального опубликования. Президент Российской Федерации В.Путин Москва, Кремль 2 декабря 2019 года № 391-ФЗ
