РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНЫЙ ЗАКОН О внесении изменения в статью 33 Федерального закона "О политических партиях" Принят Государственной Думой 19 июня 2018 года Одобрен Советом Федерации 27 июня 2018 года Статья 1 Внести в подпункт "б" пункта 6 статьи 33 Федерального закона от 11 июля 2001 года № 95-ФЗ "О политических партиях" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2001, № 29, ст. 2950; 2005, № 1, ст. 9; № 30, ст. 3104; 2008, № 30, ст. 3600; 2012, № 49, ст. 6756; 2014, № 42, ст. 5608; 2016, № 52, ст. 7501) изменение, заменив слово "двадцати" словами "ста пятидесяти двух". Статья 2 Положение подпункта "б" пункта 6 статьи 33 Федерального закона от 11 июля 2001 года № 95-ФЗ "О политических партиях" (в редакции настоящего Федерального закона) применяется также к правоотношениям, возникшим в связи с проведением ближайших предыдущих выборов Президента Российской Федерации.
