УКАЗ ПРЕЗИДЕНТА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О Семерневе А.М. 1. По итогам выборов главы администрации Брянской области, состоявшихся 8 декабря 1996 г., освободить Семернева Александра Михайловича от должности главы администрации Брянской области со дня вступления в должность избранного главы администрации Брянской области. 2. В связи с освобождением от должности предоставить Семерневу А.М. социальные гарантии, предусмотренные Указом Президента Российской Федерации от 3 октября 1994 г. № 1969 "О мерах по укреплению единой системы исполнительной власти в Российской Федерации" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 1994, № 24, ст. 2598). 3.
