This decree amends the regulation on the Federal Customs Service and exempts customs representatives from one referenced customs-duty clause.

ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ от 8 сентября 2014 г. № 915 МОСКВА О внесении изменений в Положение о Федеральной таможенной службе Правительство Российской Федерации постановляет: В Положении о Федеральной таможенной службе, утвержденном постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 16 сентября 2013 г. № 809 "О Федеральной таможенной службе" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2013, № 38, ст. 4823; № 45, ст. 5822): а) подпункт 5.2.58 после слов "таможенного дела," дополнить словами "за исключением лиц, осуществляющих деятельность в качестве таможенных представителей,"; б) дополнить подпунктом 5.2.58 1 следующего содержания: "5.2.58 1 . форму и порядок представления отчетности о деятельности таможенного представителя;".
