The named RSFSR ministries must distribute 2,650 additional passenger cars to republics, territories, and regions, and the USSR automotive/agricultural machinery ministry must ensure their unconditional delivery to recipients.

СОВЕТ МИНИСТРОВ РСФСР РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 5 ноября 1991 г. № 1140-р Минторгу РСФСР, Минсельхозпроду РСФСР и Минзагу РСФСР распределить по республикам в составе РСФСР, краям и областям выделенные дополнительно 2650 легковых автомобилей за счет резерва по рыночному фонду на 1991 год распоряжением Комитета по оперативному управлению народным хозяйством СССР от 28 октября 1991 г. № 97-р для стимулирования закупок продовольственных товаров и сельскохозяйственной продукции. Довести до сведения, что указанным распоряжением Минавтосельхозмашу СССР поручено обеспечить безусловную поставку получателям выделенного количества легковых автомобилей. Зам.
