УКАЗ ПРЕЗИДЕНТА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О материальном обеспечении Ганиной В.Я. В соответствии со статьей 80 Конституции Российской Федерации постановляю: 1. Назначить с 1 июля 2008 г. Ганиной Вере Яковлевне ежемесячное материальное обеспечение в сумме, равной 3-кратному размеру базовой части трудовой пенсии по старости, в соответствии с пунктом 1 статьи 14 и пунктом 6 статьи 17 Федерального закона от 17 декабря 2001 г. № 173-ФЗ "О трудовых пенсиях в Российской Федерации". 2. Выплата ежемесячного материального обеспечения, предусмотренного пунктом 1 настоящего Указа, осуществляется в порядке, установленном законодательством Российской Федерации для выплаты трудовых пенсий. 3. Правительству Российской Федерации осуществить финансовое обеспечение расходов, связанных с реализацией настоящего Указа. 4. Настоящий Указ вступает в силу со дня его подписания.
