УКАЗ ПРЕЗИДЕНТА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ Об исполняющем обязанности Губернатора Курской области В связи с заявлением Губернатора Курской области Смирнова А.Б. о досрочном прекращении полномочий и в соответствии с пунктом 1 части 1 статьи 27 и пунктом 2 части 1 статьи 28 Федерального закона от 21 декабря 2021 г. № 414-ФЗ "Об общих принципах организации публичной власти в субъектах Российской Федерации" постановляю: 1. Принять отставку Губернатора Курской области Смирнова А.Б. по собственному желанию. 2. Назначить Хинштейна Александра Евсеевича временно исполняющим обязанности Губернатора Курской области до вступления в должность лица, избранного Губернатором Курской области. 3. Настоящий Указ вступает в силу со дня его подписания. Президент Российской Федерации В.Путин Москва, Кремль 5 декабря 2024 года № 1035
