ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 17 мая 2002 г. N 651-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение городской Думы г. Нижний Новгород и Минимущества России, согласованное с Минобороны России, администрацией Нижегородской области и федеральным государственным унитарным предприятием "170 ремонтный завод средств обеспечения полетов Министерства обороны Российской Федерации", о безвозмездной передаче в муниципальную собственность г. Нижний Новгород относящихся к федеральной собственности находящихся в хозяйственном ведении указанного предприятия объектов социально-культурного и коммунально-бытового назначения, расположенных в г. Нижний Новгород, согласно приложению. 2. Минимуществу России совместно с органами местного самоуправления г. Нижний Новгород обеспечить в установленном порядке передачу федеральным государственным унитарным предприятием "170 ремонтный завод средств обеспечения полетов Министерства обороны Российской Федерации" указанных в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения объектов в муниципальную собственность. 3. Принять к сведению, что финансирование расходов на содержание объектов, передаваемых в соответствии с настоящим распоряжением, в 2002 году осуществляет передающая сторона. N 651-р П Е Р Е Ч Е Н Ь передаваемых в муниципальную собственность г. Нижний Новгород относящихся к федеральной собственности находящихся в хозяйственном ведении федерального государственного унитарного предприятия "170 ремонтный завод средств обеспечения полетов Министерства обороны Российской Федерации" объектов социально-культурного и коммунально-бытового назначения, расположенных в г. Нижний Новгород Жилые дома, расположенные по адресу: ул. Мельникова-Печерского, N 1, 5 ул. Медицинская, N 4, 6, 12, 12б, 14б ул. Корейская, N 16, 18 Анкудиновское шоссе, N 26а ул. Карбышева, N 7 Здание сарая, ул. Медицинская, N 4 Здание детского комбината N 298 с оборудованием и инвентарем, ул. Крылова, N 4а Газовая котельная, Анкудиновское шоссе, N 26а Инженерные коммуникации: сети теплоснабжения протяженностью 1380 м сети водоснабжения протяженностью 1880 м сети канализационные протяженностью 2645 м сети газоснабжения протяженностью 720 м сети электроснабжения протяженностью 2645 м _______________
