ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ от 1 августа 2019 г. № 995 МОСКВА О внесении изменения в Положение о государственном надзоре в области рекламы Правительство Российской Федерации постановляет: В пункте 8 Положения о государственном надзоре в области рекламы, утвержденного постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 20 декабря 2012 г. № 1346 "Об утверждении Положения о государственном надзоре в области рекламы" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2012, № 52, ст. 7519), слова "плановые и внеплановые документарные и выездные проверки в соответствии со статьями 9 - 13" заменить словами "внеплановые документарные и выездные проверки в соответствии со статьями 10 - 13".
