ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 16 сентября 2002 г. N 1290-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение администрации муниципального образования "Город Кимовск и Кимовский район" (Тульская область) и Минимущества России, согласованное с РАСУ, администрацией Тульской области и государственным унитарным предприятием "Кимовский радиоэлектромеханический завод" (г. Кимовск, Тульская область), о безвозмездной передаче в муниципальную собственность г. Кимовска и Кимовского района относящегося к федеральной собственности находящегося в хозяйственном ведении указанного предприятия не завершенного строительством объекта коммунально-бытового назначения - котельной, расположенной в г. Кимовске. 2. Минимуществу России совместно с администрацией муниципального образования "Город Кимовск и Кимовский район" обеспечить в установленном порядке передачу государственным унитарным предприятием "Кимовский радиоэлектромеханический завод" в муниципальную собственность указанного в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения объекта и решение вопросов о его дальнейшем совместном использовании с учетом производственных нужд предприятия. Принять к сведению, что завершение строительства, содержание и эксплуатация объекта осуществляются за счет средств принимающей стороны. Председатель Правительства Российской Федерации М.Касьянов
