Russia’s statistics agency must prepare staff and forms for a livestock census, and regional executive authorities must assist in carrying it out.

ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 4 сентября 1995 г. N 1215-р г. Москва 1. В целях получения полной и объективной статистической информации о производстве продукции животноводства в хозяйствах населения принять предложение Госкомстата России о проведении переписи поголовья скота в этих хозяйствах по состоянию на 1 января 1996 года. Госкомстату России осуществить подготовку персонала, привлекаемого к проведению указанной переписи, и обеспечить его необходимым количеством бланков переписных листов. 2. Органам исполнительной власти субъектов Российской Федерации оказать содействие органам государственной статистики в проведении переписи поголовья скота в хозяйствах населения.
