УКАЗ ПРЕЗИДЕНТА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О Якимове А.М. 1. По итогам выборов главы администрации Эвенкийского автономного округа, состоявшихся 16 марта 1997 г., освободить Якимова Анатолия Михайловича от должности главы администрации Эвенкийского автономного округа со дня вступления в должность избранного главы администрации Эвенкийского автономного округа. 2. В связи с освобождением от должности предоставить Якимову А.М. социальные гарантии, предусмотренные Указом Президента Российской Федерации от 3 октября 1994 г. № 1969 "О мерах по укреплению единой системы исполнительной власти в Российской Федерации" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 1994, № 24, ст. 2598). 3.
