ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ от 4 марта 2011 г. № 145 МОСКВА О внесении изменений в Положение о Министерстве финансов Российской Федерации Правительство Российской Федерации постановляет: Внести в Положение о Министерстве финансов Российской Федерации, утвержденное постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 30 июня 2004 г. № 329 (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2004, № 31, ст. 3258; № 49, ст. 4908; 2006, № 47, ст. 4900; 2009, № 8, ст. 973; № 26, ст. 3212; № 31, ст. 3954; 2010, № 5, ст. 531; № 38, ст. 4844; 2011, № 1, ст. 238), следующие изменения: а) подпункт 5.2.3 признать утратившим силу; б) подпункт 5.3 дополнить подпунктом 5.3.2 1 следующего содержания: "5.3.2 1 . определение порядка применения бюджетной классификации Российской Федерации;".
