ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 9 июня 2003 г. N 765-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение Правительства Республики Хакасия и Минсельхоза России, согласованное с Минимуществом России и Госкомрыболовством России, о безвозмездной передаче в федеральную собственность находящегося в государственной собственности Республики Хакасия имущественного комплекса Белоярского осетрово-сигового рыборазводного цеха (Республика Хакасия, Алтайский район, с. Белый Яр). 2. Минимуществу России совместно с Правительством Республики Хакасия обеспечить в установленном порядке оформление прав Российской Федерации на имущество, передаваемое в федеральную собственность в соответствии с пунктом 1 настоящего распоряжения, и прилегающий земельный участок. 3. Минсельхозу России и Госкомрыболовству России по согласованию с Минфином России обеспечить решение вопросов, связанных с финансированием в 2003 году расходов на содержание передаваемого имущественного комплекса, а также совместно с Минимуществом России определить порядок дальнейшего его использования. По вопросам, требующим решения Правительства Российской Федерации, внести соответствующие согласованные предложения. Председатель Правительства Российской Федерации М.Касьянов
