ПРИКАЗ Государственного таможенного комитета Российской Федерации от 30 марта 2001 г. N 322 О внесении изменения в приказ ГТК России от 8 мая 1998 г. N 302 Зарегистрировано Министерством юстиции Российской Федерации 29 мая 2001 г. Регистрационный N 2730 В соответствии с частью второй Налогового кодекса Российской Федерации (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2000, N 32, ст. 3340; 2001, N 1 (часть II), ст. 18) приказываю: 1. В пункте 3 приказа ГТК России от 8.05.98 г. N 302 "О транзите табачных изделий по территории Российской Федерации" (зарегистрирован Минюстом России 9.07.98 г., регистрационный N 1556) слова "марками акцизного сбора" заменить словами "акцизными марками". 2. Контроль за исполнением настоящего приказа осуществлять заместителю Председателя ГТК России А.А.Каульбарсу. ____________ Приказ опубликован в Бюллетене нормативных актов федеральных органов исполнительной власти N 16 за 1998 год. - Прим. ред. _____________
