ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОЙ ДУМЫ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНОГО СОБРАНИЯ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О поручении Счетной палате Российской Федерации В соответствии со статьями 2 и 10 Федерального закона "О Счетной палате Российской Федерации" Государственная Дума Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации постановляет: 1. Поручить Счетной палате Российской Федерации провести в полном объеме проверку использования средств федерального бюджета в финансово-хозяйственной деятельности государственного предприятия "Красноярский машиностроительный завод" за 1994-1998 годы, в том числе эффективности использования указанным предприятием федеральной собственности. 2. О результатах проверки Счетной палате Российской Федерации проинформировать Государственную Думу до 25 мая 1999 года. 3. Направить настоящее Постановление Председателю Счетной палаты Российской Федерации. 4. Опубликовать настоящее Постановление в "Российской газете". 5.
