ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 30 марта 1992 г. N 615-р г. Москва 1. Мининформпечати России совместно с другими учредителями Российской государственной телерадиокомпании "Петербург" в кратчайший срок утвердить устав телерадиокомпании. 2. Установить, что телерадиокомпания "Петербург" финансируется за счет средств республиканского бюджета Российской Федерации и бюджетов г. Санкт-Петербурга и Ленинградской области. 3. Освободить телерадиокомпанию "Петербург" от обязательной продажи части валютной выручки в Республиканский валютный резерв и стабилизационный валютный фонд, имея в виду, что эти средства направляются телерадиокомпанией на совершенствование организации телерадиопроизводства, стимулирование повышения качества и художественного уровня телерадиовещания, укрепление материально-технической базы. 4. Принять к сведению, что телерадиокомпании "Петербург" переданы каналы и объемы вещания бывшей Санкт-Петербургской телерадиовещательной компании. 5. Минтрансу России и МПС России обеспечивать перевозку иностранных граждан, прибывающих по делам телерадиокомпании "Петербург", железнодорожным и воздушным транспортом на территории Российской Федерации с оплатой в рублях.
