ПРИКАЗ Федеральной миграционной службы от 23 марта 2009 г. N 54 О внесении изменений в приказ ФМС России от 5 июня 2008 г. N 141 Зарегистрирован Минюстом России 16 апреля 2009 г. Регистрационный N 13771 Внести в приказ ФМС России от 5 июня 2008 г. N 141 "Об утверждении образцов бланков вида на жительство" следующие изменения: 1) дополнить пунктом 2 следующего содержания: "2. Установить, что бланки видов на жительство, выдаваемые иностранному гражданину и лицу без гражданства, являются защищенной полиграфической продукцией с уровнем защиты от подделки "А"."; 2) пункт 2 считать пунктом 3. Директор генерал-полковник милиции К.О.Ромодановский __________ Зарегистрирован в Министерстве юстиции Российской Федерации 9 июля 2008 г., регистрационный N 11942.
