The Government amends the Federal Tax Service regulation: it cancels some subclauses, adds a new subclause on a unified register of lottery terminals, and cancels another subclause.

ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ от 30 июня 2014 г. № 594 МОСКВА О внесении изменений в Положение о Федеральной налоговой службе Правительство Российской Федерации постановляет: Внести в Положение о Федеральной налоговой службе, утвержденное постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 30 сентября 2004 г. № 506 "Об утверждении Положения о Федеральной налоговой службе" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2004, № 40, ст. 3961; 2005, № 48, ст. 5042; 2006, № 33, ст. 3638; № 52, ст. 5587; 2009, № 9, ст. 1119; 2012, № 1, ст. 192), следующие изменения: а) подпункты 5.2.9 и 5.5.8 признать утратившими силу; б) дополнить подпунктом 5.5.12 следующего содержания: "5.5.12. единый реестр лотерейных терминалов;"; в) подпункт 5.12 признать утратившим силу.
