ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ СОВЕТА ФЕДЕРАЦИИ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНОГО СОБРАНИЯ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О поручении Счетной палате Российской Федерации В соответствии со статьями 9 и 10 Федерального закона "О Счетной палате Российской Федерации" Совет Федерации Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации постановляет: 1. Поручить Счетной палате Российской Федерации осуществить проверку целесообразности и эффективности расходования средств федерального бюджета и Международного валютного фонда на реструктуризацию угольной отрасли в 1998-1999 годах. 2. Настоящее постановление вступает в силу со дня его принятия. Председатель Совета Федерации Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации Е.С.СТРОЕВ Москва 14 октября 1999 года N 406-СФ
