ПРИКАЗ Федеральной миграционной службы от 3 марта 2009 г. N 42 О внесении изменений в приказ ФМС России от 13 августа 2007 г. N 176 Зарегистрирован Минюстом России 26 марта 2009 г. Регистрационный N 13601 Внести в приказ ФМС России от 13 августа 2007 г. N 176 "О Комиссии ФМС России по соблюдению требований к служебному поведению государственных гражданских служащих и урегулированию конфликта интересов" следующие изменения: 1. Пункт 2 изложить в следующей редакции: "2. Персональный состав Комиссии определяется директором ФМС России.". 2. Признать утратившим силу приложение N 1 к приказу.
