The Russian Foreign Ministry must formalize the agreement with Vietnam, and the Primorsky Krai administration must provide premises and, if needed, land for construction for the SRV Consulate General.

ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 4 июля 1992 г. N 1213-р г. Москва В связи с просьбой Вьетнамской Стороны: 1. Принять предложение МИДа России, согласованное с заинтересованными министерствами, ведомствами и организациями, о переводе Генерального консульства СРВ из г. Находки в г. Владивосток. МИДу России оформить достигнутую с Вьетнамской Стороной договоренность соответствующими документами. 2. Администрации Приморского края выделить Генеральному консульству СРВ служебные и жилые помещения на условиях аренды или приобретения Вьетнамской Стороной в собственность, а при необходимости осуществить отвод земельного участка под их строительство в соответствии с действующим законодательством.
