The Russian Foreign Ministry must inform the Cuban side of the decision, and the senior Russian military specialist in Cuba is assigned the authorized representative’s duties for the withdrawal.

ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 21 октября 1992 г. N 1913-р г. Москва В соответствии с Соглашением между Правительством Российской Федерации и Правительством Республики Куба о выводе отдельной мотострелковой бригады с территории Республики Куба от 16 сентября 1992 г.: 1. Возложить обязанности уполномоченного Российской Стороны по делам вывода отдельной мотострелковой бригады с территории Республики Куба на старшего группы российских военных специалистов в Республике Куба. Предоставить право уполномоченному Российской Стороны решать на месте с Кубинской Стороной все вопросы, связанные с реализацией договоренностей, предусмотренных указанным Соглашением. 2. МИДу России информировать Кубинскую Сторону о принятом решении. Е. ГАЙДАР
