ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 25 декабря 2003 г. N 1931-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение городского Собрания депутатов г. Торжка (Тверская область) и Минимущества России, согласованное с федеральным государственным унитарным дорожным эксплуатационным предприятием N 75 (г. Вышний Волочек, Тверская область), о безвозмездной передаче в муниципальную собственность г. Торжка относящегося к федеральной собственности и находящегося в хозяйственном ведении указанного предприятия жилого дома, расположенного в г. Торжке, Калининское шоссе, N 43. 2. Минимуществу России совместно с администрацией г. Торжка обеспечить в установленном порядке передачу федеральным государственным унитарным дорожным эксплуатационным предприятием N 75 указанного в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения объекта в муниципальную собственность.
