РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНЫЙ ЗАКОН О внесении изменения в статью 2 Федерального закона "Об автономных учреждениях" Принят Государственной Думой 15 февраля 2022 года Одобрен Советом Федерации 2 марта 2022 года Внести в часть 5 статьи 2 Федерального закона от 3 ноября 2006 года № 174-ФЗ "Об автономных учреждениях" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2006, № 45, ст. 4626; 2007, № 31, ст. 4012; № 43, ст. 5084; 2010, № 19, ст. 2291; 2011, № 25, ст. 3535; № 30, ст. 4587; 2013, № 52, ст. 6983; 2015, № 45, ст. 6202; 2016, № 1, ст. 26; 2017, № 24, ст. 3482; № 49, ст. 7319; 2021, № 9, ст. 1467; № 27, ст. 5179) изменение, изложив ее в следующей редакции: "5. Собственник имущества автономного учреждения несет субсидиарную ответственность по обязательствам автономного учреждения в случаях, предусмотренных Гражданским кодексом Российской Федерации.".
