ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ от 25 апреля 1997 г. N 488 г. Москва О ликвидации государственного предприятия "Шахта "Байдаевская" Правительство Российской Федерации постановляет: 1. Принять предложение Министерства топлива и энергетики Российской Федерации, Государственного комитета Российской Федерации по управлению государственным имуществом, Министерства экономики Российской Федерации и администрации Кемеровской области о ликвидации государственного предприятия "Шахта "Байдаевская". 2. Министерству топлива и энергетики Российской Федерации по согласованию с Государственным комитетом Российской Федерации по управлению государственным имуществом обеспечить осуществление юридических действий, связанных с ликвидацией государственного предприятия "Шахта "Байдаевская", в соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации.
