РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНЫЙ ЗАКОН О внесении изменения в статью 234 Уголовного кодекса Российской Федерации Принят Государственной Думой 18 октября 2007 года Одобрен Советом Федерации 26 октября 2007 года Статья 1 Внести в статью 234 Уголовного кодекса Российской Федерации (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 1996, № 25, ст. 2954; 1998, № 26, ст. 3012; 2003, № 50, ст. 4848) изменение, дополнив ее примечанием следующего содержания: "Примечание. Списки сильнодействующих и ядовитых веществ, а также крупный размер сильнодействующих веществ для целей настоящей статьи и других статей настоящего Кодекса утверждаются Правительством Российской Федерации.". Статья 2 Настоящий Федеральный закон вступает в силу по истечении тридцати дней после дня его официального опубликования.
