ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 9 декабря 1999 г. N 2056-р г. Москва 1. Выделить в 1999 году Минкультуры России на строительство мемориального комплекса в Катыни (Смоленская область) 4 млн. рублей из резервного фонда Правительства Российской Федерации. 2. ГТК России до 31 декабря 2000 г. производить таможенное оформление в отношении временно ввозимых на территорию Российской Федерации оборудования, транспортных средств и материалов, кроме расходных, предназначенных для строительства мемориальных комплексов в Катыни и Медном (Тверская область), по согласованным с Минкультуры России перечням с полным освобождением от обложения таможенными пошлинами и налогами.
