ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 1 сентября 2003 г. N 1249-р г. Москва В связи с завершением строительства вне таможенной территории и ввозом на таможенную территорию Российской Федерации судна обеспечения Военно-Морского Флота - головного специализированного плавучего дока ПД-90 проекта 19371У (заводской номер 01345), не подлежащего свободной реализации в соответствии с Указом Президента Российской Федерации от 22 февраля 1992 г. N 179 "О видах продукции (работ, услуг) и отходов производства, свободная реализация которых запрещена" (Ведомости Съезда народных депутатов Российской Федерации и Верховного Совета Российской Федерации, 1992, N 10, ст. 492), а также с применением в отношении этого судна таможенного режима отказа в пользу государства принять предложение Минобороны России, согласованное с ГТК России, о безвозмездной передаче Министерству указанного судна для последующего использования по назначению. ГТК России обеспечить таможенное оформление и таможенный контроль указанного судна без взимания таможенных платежей и применения мер нетарифного регулирования.
