Москва Для проверки эффективности деятельности государственных нефтегазодобывающих и геологоразведочных предприятий, осуществляющих привлечение иностранных инвестиций, образовать Правительственную Комиссию в следующем составе: председатель Комиссии Нечаев А. А. - Министр экономики Российской Федерации члены Комиссии: Лопухин В. М. - Министр топлива и энергетики Российской Федерации Барчук В. В. - Министр финансов Российской Федерации Авен П. О. - Министр внешних экономических связей Российской Федерации Орлов В. П. - Председатель Комитета по геологии и использованию недр при Правительстве Российской Федерации Григорьев Л. М. - Председатель Комитета по иностранным инвестициям при Министерстве финансов Российской Федерации Самусев А. Л. - заместитель Министра топлива и энергетики Российской Федерации Конопляник А.
