ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 13 августа 1996 г. N 1283-р г. Москва Во исполнение Указа Президента Российской Федерации от 6 ноября 1995 г. N 1080 "О программе "Дети - экран - культура" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 1995, N 46, ст. 4415): 1. Определить государственным разработчиком программы "Дети - экран - культура" Роскомкино. 2. Роскомкино совместно с Международным фондом развития кино и телевидения для детей и юношества (Фонд Ролана Быкова) и по согласованию с Минсоцзащиты России разработать программу "Дети - экран - культура" и представить ее в установленном порядке в Правительство Российской Федерации. 3. Минфину России выделить Роскомкино для разработки программы "Дети - экран - культура" до 300 млн. рублей из федерального бюджета за счет ассигнований на социальную политику.
