Правительство согласилось на импорт 8 000 крупногабаритных шин для «Кузбассразрезугля» и разрешило компании использовать экспортную выручку от указанного объема угля.

ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 25 марта 1992 г. N 548-р г. Москва В целях сохранения работоспособности парка большегрузных технологических автосамосвалов и выполнения производственной программы по добыче угля в 1992 году концерном "Кузбассразрезуголь": 1. Согласиться с предложением Минтопэнерго России и концерна "Кузбассразрезуголь" о закупке по импорту 8000 штук крупногабаритных автомобильных шин за счет средств, получаемых от экспортной поставки в 1992 году 1,5 млн. тонн угля, добываемого сверх принятого на текущий год объема производства 48,1 млн. тонн. Предоставить концерну "Кузбассразрезуголь" в 1992 году право оставлять в своем распоряжении всю валютную выручку от экспорта указанных объемов угля и освободить его от уплаты экспортных тарифов, имея в виду, что эти средства будут использованы на закупку автомобильных шин. 2. Минтопэнерго России и МВЭСу России в установленном порядке выделить квоту и выдать лицензию концерну "Кузбассразрезуголь" на экспорт указанного объема угля в пределах общих квот, устанавливаемых Минэкономики России.
