ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ от 23 июня 2025 г. № 935 МОСКВА Об авансировании государственных контрактов Правительство Российской Федерации постановляет: Установить, что публично-правовая компания "Единый заказчик в сфере строительства" при исполнении государственных контрактов от 28 июля 2023 г. № 0995400000223000111 (реестровый номер 1770744825523000114), от 3 августа 2023 г. № 0995400000223000112 (реестровый номер 1770744825523000119) и от 19 июля 2024 г. № 0995400000224000061 (реестровый номер 1770744825524000058) вправе предусмотреть авансовые платежи в размере до 90 процентов цены указанных государственных контрактов, но не более лимитов бюджетных обязательств, доведенных до публично-правовой компании "Единый заказчик в сфере строительства" на указанные цели на соответствующий финансовый год.
