ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 8 января 2003 г. N 13-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение Совета депутатов муниципального образования "Красногорский район" (Московская область) и Минимущества России, согласованное с Минобороны России, правительством Московской области и федеральным государственным унитарным предприятием "542 завод инженерного вооружения" Минобороны России, о безвозмездной передаче в собственность муниципального образования "Красногорский район" относящихся к федеральной собственности находящихся в хозяйственном ведении указанного предприятия объектов коммунально-бытового и социального назначения, расположенных в пос. Нахабино (Московская область), согласно приложению. 2. Минимуществу России совместно с органами местного самоуправления муниципального образования "Красногорский район" обеспечить в установленном порядке передачу федеральным государственным унитарным предприятием "542 завод инженерного вооружения" указанных в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения объектов в муниципальную собственность.
