Арбитражный управляющий должен в срок заключить обязательную страховку своей ответственности; есть исключения для отдельных банкротств и активов до 100 млн рублей. The authorized body must file a bankruptcy application in writing to the arbitrazh court and include the required debtor, debt, and supporting details. A person who wants to pay off the debtor’s obligatory payments must file a notice, state the applicant’s details and repayment term, and then pay within the court-set term.
