ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 18 августа 2005 г. N 1241-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение Кунгурской городской Думы (Пермская область) и Минэкономразвития России, согласованное с Минюстом России и администрацией Пермской области, о безвозмездной передаче в муниципальную собственность г. Кунгура (Пермская область) относящихся к федеральной собственности и находящихся в хозяйственном ведении государственного унитарного предприятия учреждения УТ-389/18 ГУИН Минюста России по Пермской области объектов, расположенных в пос. Дальний (г. Кунгур), согласно приложению. 2. Росимуществу совместно с ФСИН России и органом местного самоуправления г. Кунгура обеспечить в установленном порядке передачу указанных в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения объектов в муниципальную собственность.
