This order amends a prior customs committee order, requires the press service to publish the order after state registration, and assigns the deputy chairman to oversee execution.

ПРИКАЗ Государственного таможенного комитета Российской Федерации от 8 апреля 2004 г. N 429 О внесении изменений в приказ ГТК России от 27.08.2003 N 939 Зарегистрировано Министерством юстиции Российской Федерации 23 апреля 2004 г. Регистрационный N 5770 В целях упорядочения нормативной правовой базы ГТК России приказываю: 1. Исключить пункт 2 из приказа ГТК России от 27.08.2003 N 939 "Об утверждении Инструкции о совершении таможенных операций при нахождении товаров в местах разгрузки и перегрузки (перевалки) в морских и речных портах, открытых для международного грузового и (или) пассажирского сообщения, без помещения на склады временного хранения под таможенным контролем" (зарегистрирован Минюстом России 03.10.2003, регистрационный N 5148). 2. Службе взаимодействия со средствами массовой информации (пресс-службе ГТК России) (И.И.Скибинская) обеспечить опубликование настоящего приказа в средствах массовой информации после его государственной регистрации. 3. Заместителю председателя ГТК России В.В.Шпагину осуществлять контроль за исполнением настоящего приказа. _____________
