ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 9 июля 2003 г. N 933-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение Собрания депутатов муниципального образования "Вельский район" (Архангельская область) и Минимущества России, согласованное с Минюстом России и администрацией Архангельской области, о безвозмездной передаче в собственность муниципального образования "Вельский район" относящихся к федеральной собственности и находящихся в хозяйственном ведении государственного унитарного предприятия "Учреждение УГ-42/14" Управления исполнения наказаний Минюста России по Архангельской области объектов коммунально-бытового назначения, расположенных в г. Вельске (Архангельская область), согласно приложению. 2. Минимуществу России совместно с Минюстом России и органом местного самоуправления муниципального образования "Вельский район" обеспечить в установленном порядке передачу указанных в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения объектов в муниципальную собственность. 3. Финансирование в 2003 году расходов на содержание объектов, передаваемых в соответствии с настоящим распоряжением, осуществляет передающая сторона.
