УКАЗ ПРЕЗИДЕНТА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О закреплении имущества за органами и учреждениями Государственной архивной службы России В целях обеспечения сохранности документов Архивного фонда Российской Федерации и укрепления материально-технической базы органов и учреждений Государственной архивной службы России постановляю: 1. Установить, что имущество, в том числе недвижимое, находящееся или передаваемое в оперативное управление органам и учреждениям Государственной архивной службы России, закрепляется за ними на праве бессрочного владения, пользования и распоряжения им. 2. Запретить собственникам закрепленного за органами и учреждениями Государственной архивной службы России имущества, передаваемого им в оперативное управление, изымать это имущество или перераспределять его между другими созданными ими юридическими лицами.
