ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОЙ ДУМЫ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНОГО СОБРАНИЯ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О Федеральном законе "О казачестве" В связи с отклонением Президентом Российской Федерации (письмо от 5 декабря 1999 года N Пр-1590) Федерального закона "О казачестве", принятого Государственной Думой 25 июня 1999 года, Государственная Дума Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации постановляет: 1. Согласиться с мотивами решения Президента Российской Федерации и предложением Комитета Государственной Думы по делам Федерации и региональной политике о нецелесообразности дальнейшего рассмотрения Федерального закона "О казачестве" и снять указанный Федеральный закон с дальнейшего рассмотрения Государственной Думой. 2. Направить настоящее Постановление Президенту Российской Федерации. 3. Настоящее Постановление вступает в силу со дня его принятия.
