ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 24 февраля 1995 г. N 275-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение Госкомимущества России и трудового коллектива Калининградского объединенного авиаотряда (пос. Храброво Калининградской области), согласованное с Минтрансом России, о приватизации этого предприятия с преобразованием его в акционерное общество открытого типа "Калининградское авиационное предприятие". 2. Закрепить 51 процент акций создаваемого акционерного общества в федеральной собственности сроком на 3 года. 3.
