N 992 "О Правительственной комиссии по Байкалу" Совет Министров - Правительство Российской Федерации постановляет: 1. Возложить руководство Правительственной комиссией по Байкалу на Министра охраны окружающей среды и природных ресурсов Российской Федерации Данилова-Данильяна В. И. 2. Председателю Правительственной комиссии по Байкалу Данилову-Данильяну В. И. совместно с заинтересованными организациями в месячный срок разработать и представить в Совет Министров - Правительство Российской Федерации проект Положения о Правительственной комиссии по Байкалу и предложения по ее персональному составу.
